The story of Johnny Bode, whose lives commuted between great successes as a record composer for imprisonment, forced sterilization and mental hospital. His epithet was many, and during his time he was called an opportunist, nazist papa, communist, fraudster and mythoman. The filmmaker Bo Sjökvist sets out on a stubborn hunt to call in a rare life in the turbulent 1900s. It will be an entertaining journey through time that poses questions about morale, artist and men's role at its ever-present tip.
