About
I am a Sweden/London based film editor with more than 10 years experience of working in the film and television industry.
Several films I have edited have won awards and achieved nominations in the festival circuit. Latest award winning films I have worked on include, Winter Buoy - Winner Best Documentary at Nordic International Film Festival NY 2015, Your childhood will never die - Winner Kulturnyheternas Bagge Award for best newcomer 2014.
I graduated from the National Film and Television School (UK) in 2006 with a MA in Film Editing. Soon after finishing my degree I began working as an assistant editor for companies such as Universal Pictures, BBC, HBO and Zentropa. After editing more than 20 short film I began subsequently move on to edit feature length films, documentary, drama and television.
As a freelance editor, I am happy to continue develop my creative skills by choosing to work on projects as diverse as possible - everything from observational documentaries, narrated, non narrated, drama and animation.
Editing software that I use: Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premier
and Final Cut. I have also experience in working on Lightwork Touch and super 16mm.
I also speak Spanish, Swedish and English fluently.
